We do not refund for change of mind purchases or lack of expertise for use.
A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you believe your ELLE EFFECT tan to be faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can and include as many details as possible about the issue with the goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. ELLE EFFECT does not take responsibility for the costs for returning the products.
Credit Card refunds, SECURE PAY or PayPal can take 5-10 business days to be processed.
